Panera Bread - Ocean City

The Chipotle chicken avocado melt at this restaurant will completely change your perspective on sandwiches, and the Panera here is top-notch.

The chicken sandwich was overcooked and the large salad was lacking in lettuce. It is unacceptable considering we were charged a delivery fee.

My breakfast just arrived and it's already in the trash. I ordered a plain bagel but received a sesame one, which I am allergic to. Additionally, I requested it toasted and cut in half, but it was neither. The whole, cold bagel was just tossed into the bottom of a brown paper bag without being wrapped. To top it off, the tiny container of chive cream cheese had burst open. It's not that difficult to get an order right, so this will be my last time ordering from or going to Panera. I tried calling the Panera store three times with no answer, so I spoke with the delivery driver who was wonderful and polite. I advised them to inform the store that I have already disputed the charge on my credit card, except for her tip. Never again.

The food was delicious, but the wait for hot food was unreasonable. This was likely due to visiting during the busy lunch rush.
