I never ever saw before a place with that bad customer service, I been trying to buy a beer and they say I can 't because my friend had her sister without ID, she call me to go with her to help with the problem so I back to the store just with her trying again and both with ID , the cashiers was ringing fine and I been going to pay when he cancel the transaction and he told me my manager say I can 't available to sell to you and he ask for next customer. I respect the policy but us a customer I need respect. If you have strictly policy a professional manager can go to explain and apologized to the customer about the inconvenience you are having to complete an satisfaction process but it 's not ethical yield to the cashiers don 't sale and leave the customer like a fool waiting for nothing. Be a professional don 't forget a great customer service make better opportunities to have better sales means your paycheck.
Worst staff possible. Deli guy ignores orders. Cashier on her phone spacing out. Nothing was started until I asked about my order. At which time thre deli Guy continued to make other orders leaving me standing there for a full 35 minutes. To get a slider and fries and 2 pulled chicken sandwiches.
The food tastes microwaved and dry. The chicken was not bad. Still dry, but at least it had a crunch that lacked in the french fries, croissant, and biscuits. The Mac and cheese was cold and slimy. Tasted like nacho cheese. I would recommend only ordering the 8 piece bucket of chicken for $12 and skipping the sides. Our meal was unnecessarily expensive and very disappointing.
Unfortunately the staff lacks moral. It 's a common problem in business today. If you 're unhappy with your job work elsewhere. I waited 10 minutes as the young people behind the counter talked about things rather than making my breakfast sandwich. When I asked where to pickup my order since I assumed it was made since they were standing there chit chatting I was rudely told they hadn 't had a chance to make it yet... I jokingly said the last one I had from the Royal Farms by my house was amazing and would be hard to live up to. She snickered and under her breath told her coworker if he liked it so much go beck there next time so next time I 'll patronize Wawa which is now up the street instead when I visit this area.
Everything they sell pre packaged is good. Now as far as their famous chicken if you can hold off an extra 10 minutes till the next royal farms that's in town then please do so. Other wise you will waste precious money and time on chicken that has been either over cooked, hasn't been drained thorough, or is covered in old oil and grease
