AMAZING SERVICE!!! It wasn't much but the fact that the manager took his time to come back to us and let us know that he could save us $3 on our order really meant a lot. This really shows how much they appreciate their customers definitely will be coming back???????????????? And the chicken was fresh!!!
I understand that businesses have policies, and I respect that. However, as a customer, I expect to be treated with respect as well. If you have a strict policy, it would be more professional for a manager to come over, explain the situation, and apologize for the inconvenience. It's simply not right to leave customers hanging like that, making them feel foolish. Good customer service is crucial, as it leads to better sales and ultimately benefits everyone's paycheck.
The staff at this restaurant are the worst I've ever encountered. The deli guy completely ignored my order, and the cashier was distracted on her phone. Nothing was even started until I inquired about my order. At that point, the deli guy continued to prioritize other orders, leaving me waiting for a total of 35 minutes just to receive a slider, fries, and two pulled chicken sandwiches.
The food had a microwaved and dry quality. While the chicken was decent—dry, but with a satisfying crunch—the same couldn’t be said for the French fries, croissant, and biscuits. The macaroni and cheese was cold and slimy, reminiscent of nacho cheese. I suggest only ordering the 8-piece bucket of chicken for $12 and avoiding the sides. Overall, our meal felt overly expensive and left us quite disappointed.
