They get you to agree to attend by offering you better better incentives $150 and a 3-day, 2-night vacation at one of Wyndham 's properties) and insinuating you 'd be stupid not to commit to this offer. At the 120-minute seminar you are probably going to initially be told, I 'm not going to pressure you to buy anything, from a salesperson that tries to mimic your body language, and to connect with you based on where you 're from and your hobbies and such. Then in reality, you 'll get PRESSURED HEAVILY by MULTIPLE salespersons AFTER you have already declined the timeshare purchase MULTIPLE TIMES to the salesperson who said they were not going to pressure you to buy anything! The first salesman will tell you something like, the next guy who is actually a senior salesman or sales closer) is going to get you processed out, So we can get y 'all outta here and back on your vacation. But then, instead of getting you processed out because there is actually no such out processing) they just keep bringing a better offer to your table, after each time you decline. They continue to do this, instead of letting you feel welcome to leave after the 120 minutes you 've agreed to.I mean, based on this traumatic experience, if you show ANY interest or say anything positive about the timeshare whatsoever, these guys are going to go after you like vultures! Relentlessly selling to you and belittling you for not buying! And one of them will probably make offers to you while the other acts super surprised and taken aback, and makes overt comments like, What, they 're going to get that, for this price!? Then maybe he 'll laugh, as if by delight. ?In hour 3, 180+ minutes in, and moments after he 'd learned our home had burnt down 10 months ago, killing our two dogs and bearded dragon, the THIRD after-no-had-already-been-said-clearly-by-us salesman, attempted to pressure us into buying, by making the comment, Are you going to burn your luggage? I said, I hope not, because that would mean our house burnt down again! He then snickers and goes, Too soon? like it was a funny joke he 'd just made!By then crying, due to the trauma salesman number three thought was a joke, I looked at our original sales rep Brock and salesman number 3 and pleaded, Y 'all, I 'm ready to get out of here! ONLY THEN, they finally stopped pressuring us to buy and said, Okay, and THEN ABRUPTLY and I mean VERY ABRUPTLY ushered us out the door; I guess so no one would see me crying. Our supposed 120-minute obligation had taken 190 minutes before they would stop pressuring us and actually let us leave! And then they only let us go because they had caused a viewable traumatic injury to my husband and I, that they didn 't want other potential buyers to notice! They reopened our barely begun to heal trauma, in their relentless pursuit of a dollar. And they never even apologized! Please protect yourself from pushy, relentless, multi-salesman high pressure, and ridicule if you don 't buy a timeshare!I DEFINITELY do NOT recommend Wyndham Vacation Resorts!!!
Want give proper information for my grandmother to participate. Was told after all the information was given and us signing a check in sheet it was supposed to be a certain type of card and just an overall not so great experience. I wish they would’ve worked with us so we could be shown what they have to offer than feeling rejected at the front desk. :
Alright sit down. When they bring you in from the resort you’re staying at they say hey watch this presentation, you can pay this much for your tickets of where you want to go. Just need your license and credit card. Alright cool. Paid my $50 for my 5 tickets to the aquarium. That’s all I came here for. After hearing the entire spill and letting them know we weren’t interested, things got interesting. You always hear those dirty salesman, they won’t let you leave no matter how many times you say no. They’re gonna take your money, have you sign for things you don’t need, run your credit and sign you up for a credit card you don’t need or know of. I read the reviews prior to coming. Thank goooodness I did.Don’t give them your license and don’t give them your credit card and definitely don’t sign anything without reading that fine print. We left with our tickets and will never go to a Wyndham location after speaking with our salesman Chip. Everything personal Chip. You don’t get by in a dog eat dog world by being sarcastic and making crude jokes. Read your audience.
We stayed in Tower 4 (RCI exchanges stay in that buliding) We had a 2Br unit, spacious, clean, and had very comfortable bedding. I don't like that there was no door between the master bed and bath. The resort offered many amenities. Many pools. Tower 4 is across the street from the beach access. It was a very short walk. Even with being in Tower 4, there were many activities held there. Parking can be an issue but they do offer an overflow parking area behind the building.
Where are permanent umbrellas to provide relief from sun if desired??? Very disappointed at the lack of shade at the pool. Not everyone wants or can afford a cabana for even one day let alone for a week. Please rethink the lack of permanent umbrellas for guests and families that don’t want sun all the time. I had no issue with being in “ RCI” building 4 but there are no daily amenities or programs offered unless you go across the street to other buildings.
