They typically do a good job, although the drive-thru lines can be a bit long, which somewhat undermines the fast food experience, don’t you think? That’s just my perspective, though. Besides that, the management and staff seem to work well together. Of course, there may be some discrepancies, just like in any other company, but I won’t comment on those since I'm not part of the organization—those are for corporate HR to address. Overall, it's a decent place to grab a bite to eat.

The manager and cashier at this restaurant were outstanding, and the franchise owner, along with the general manager, should take pride in their team. The restaurant has introduced order kiosks in the lobby, which is a big advantage. You can customize your order and pay right at the kiosk.
