Taco Bell - Ocean Springs

This location is hit miss..the food usually is alright. The workers seem so depressed..but I understand.

THE FOOD WAS AMAZING SURPRISINGLY AND THE WAITED PATIENTLY WHILE WE ORDERED IN DRIVE THRU.

Horrible customer service, if im ordering please let me do that , im telling u what I want on something and u steady insisting on doing what u want .But to talk over me as I'm ordering is a no no and to still mess up

Mrs Ivey will cuss you out throw drinks in your face . She will hang up on you when you asking for a manger .

Not only did I not get my complete order $41 worth of food), they wrapped it terribly to the point when I was checking to see if all my food was there which I shouldn’t have to but I do because this isn’t the first time), lettuce and cheese fell out all over my car. In addition, the atmosphere in the work place was terrible. The staff were all silent and it was gloomy. When we went back to go get our missing items, they didn’t apologize or anything. ?
