Dunkin' - Ocean Township

I frequent this restaurant often and the service and atmosphere are consistently great. The staff members are always friendly and go out of their way to ensure that everything you order is satisfactory. Their donuts are delicious.

I usually don't like to write negative reviews, but the response I received from the manager was quite disappointing. I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant since it opened. However, on two separate occasions now, I have found hair in my food. When I brought this issue to the manager's attention, they seemed unconcerned and mentioned that their staff wear hats instead of hairnets. I suggested that they consider using hairnets to prevent this from happening again, but they dismissed my suggestion. The lack of customer service and consideration for my concerns was very disappointing. I even asked them how they would feel if they found hair in their food, but they ignored my question. Overall, a terrible customer service experience with no apology.

I am torn on how to rate this Dunkin' Donuts location! Recently, the service has been great and the staff is wonderful. However, my most recent visit was disappointing due to false advertising. The restaurant advertised a $5 gift card for installing their app on Instagram and Facebook, but when I asked about it, the employees seemed confused and denied offering it. I was left feeling frustrated and annoyed.

I went here to buy a gift card for an Easter basket. It's now April 2 and they only had Christmas gift cards available. I asked if there were other options since it was an Easter gift. The rude girl kept saying she needed to use her inventory first. Whatever that means sounds like a you problem. Even the guy ringing it up thought it was crazy. I don't recommend.

The service was strange. The kids seemed to busy socializing then paying attention to orders. The bagels and veggie cream cheese are pretty good. I just wished my bagel was cut properly.
