Absolutely breathtaking. The elegant pairing of the gingerbread syrup alongside just a dash of cinnamon truly accentuated the rich flavor of the espresso. All in all, 5 star recommendation. (Gingerbread Latte) Thank you Latte By the Sea!

Pro: Super friendly staff Con: At least Starbucks remakes your beverage if you don 't like it, even if it is what you ordered. All I got was an insincere, I 'm sorry , when I politely mentioned that I didn 't like it. Espresso has no flavor or kick.

Two locations within Tri City Hospital. One inside the hospital near the elevators and the other is outside near the Emergency Room. I've used the location near the ER multiple times. Staff is quick and efficient when it comes to making a specialty coffee drink. Best thing ever in my eyes was no minimum when using Visa to pay!!!! This vendor has tea hot and cold, muffins, cookies, bagels, fruit and other healthy snacks, a good cup of coffee or a specialty mocha or whatever your in the mood for. Its a good pick me up...especially when one is visiting loved ones in the hospital caffeine is that needed boost and break. Thank you Latte by the Sea for being there when we need you the most!!

This location is seldom open, particularly the one near the emergency room, likely due to significant staff shortages. I now understand the reason: they only hire full-time employees and require at least one year of experience with a manual espresso machine, which they specify is different from the equipment used at Starbucks. So, if you’ve worked at Starbucks, that experience isn’t considered valid? Do they genuinely believe people are seeking a full-time career at a coffee stand? It seems a bit excessive, to be honest.

This restaurant offers the best iced coffee and iced frappuccino I've ever tasted. I've tried many places in Oceanside, CA, but nothing compares!
