Rural Auñamendi - Ochagavia

We arrived at the restaurant on a Saturday in August at 2:20 p.m. with the intention of having a drink and ordering a portion to share, and a man at the bar served us in a very unpleasant way and with a twisted face. He told us that we could sit at one of his free tables in the bar, but it was impossible to prepare any food for us. With tables inside the room free, he told us that he had everything full. Other customers were directly scared with fuss. We stayed to have a Coca-Cola because the heat was pressing, and we left as soon as we could. I can only wish that it was not always like that and that it was that day because of some special event or problem they had. It is true that there were quite a few people dressed very well, perhaps they had a communion or wedding and that is why they could not serve us, but surely there were better ways of expressing it.

Angry, grumpy waiters, bad customer service, no terrace service, bad tones, little manners, neither hello nor goodbye nor thank you... you can 't , we don 't have , impossible , no ...it seems that customers annoy them. Better not come back. Service: 1 Location: 5

De esos restaurantes en los que entras por casualidad, pero que te sorprenden y hacen que quieras regresar. Esta es mi experiencia: la relación calidad-precio es excelente y el servicio...

Impresionante... todo está nuevo, muy limpio, y la atención es realmente inmejorable.
