Smoothie King - Ocoee

I've been a loyal Smoothie King customer for years, but this particular location falls short of the usual standards. I placed an online order right when they opened, but they didn't actually open on time. Once they finally did, the service was incredibly slow. My smoothies were ready 45 minutes later than the promised time, and since I had already paid, I had no way to get a refund. Only one out of the three smoothies was made correctly. I submitted a review through the app and was later contacted by the regional manager, Adam, who promised that the general manager would call me the following week to issue a credit. It's now been over two weeks with no follow-up. I reached back out to Adam to inform him that I hadn’t received any communication, and he seemed completely indifferent. The leadership, service, and staff at this location are lacking, and I will not be returning.

I’ve repeatedly found this place to be out of items. The staff is rude and seems unfamiliar with their own products. On one occasion, they informed me that a certain item was unavailable, only for me to go inside and find it myself. The wait times are excessive—how long does it take to blend a smoothie? Every time, I’m left waiting at the stop sign for three times longer than necessary. The smoothie flavors are inconsistent and can be hit or miss. I’m finally done with this place and won’t be returning.

What’s the point of ordering ahead if I still have to wait 15 minutes when I arrive?! It would have been quicker to just wait in line. I noticed seven employees, including a manager, moving at a pace slower than a turtle swimming upstream! And is there a way to get my tip back? Because it certainly wasn’t earned!

I've been here a couple of times, the first time I ordered the metabolism boost mango ginger smoothie which had Mangoes, Bananas, Spinach, White Grape Lemon Juice Blend, Vanilla Protein Blend, Ginger, and Fiber, it was really good, very refreshing and not too sweet. Second time I tried their Go Go Gogi crunch bowl which has an Açai base, Granola, Whole Blueberries, Diced Strawberries, Honey, Goji Berries (this was really good). I like that they have a drive thru too, this makes it very convenient to grab something healthy before work. Very friendly staff and quick service! Highly recommend!

Now I can say for sure that this place doesn’t make the smoothies from scratch… they adding ice cubes to make it cold … tastes like S..t but they have big tips glass. To get the tips you have to at least try…that’s the last time I was there .
