Jack's - Odenville

This place is very inconsistent.I noticed when kids are working in there your gonna get bad food and service.Then I noticed when the manager is there everything is excellent,like 5 stars.Unfortunatly the school kids don't care how your food or order is,they just there for a check and it's very obvious.I won't be coming back sadly so no need to respond to this review.

Came through the drive thru ordered 4 3 piece chicken tender dinners and a chicken sandwich for me my wife and kids after the soccer game. Arrived home to only 3 meals and 5 tenders total. Tried calling the store it rings once and hangs up. This location is just as bad as the argo location.

The drive-thru line was a bit lengthy, but my order was accurate and the food was delicious.

The food was incorrect and the service was also subpar.

My son and I occasionally enjoy dining in to get out of the house. He loves the rocky mountain fudge shake and I love the cookies.Also I always get the 4 piece chicken tender meal and give one to my cat bc he deserves it more than I do.
