Big Storm Brewing Co. Odessa

I truly adore this establishment! It's one of my favorite hidden gems in Pasco County. The beer selection is consistently exciting, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting with a friendly local crowd. They recently began serving food, and I tried the nachos during my last visit—they were delicious and offered a unique twist on the usual "nachos." I always enjoy ordering a flight to taste their latest offerings. It might not seem like much from the outside, but don't let that put you off!

A hidden gem! It's wonderful to have a local brewery that serves delicious food and provides exceptional service. I will definitely be coming back!

The beer was outstanding, but the food was disappointing. The menu on the website doesn't reflect what they actually offer. We ordered a pound of wings, which were delicious, but we only got six wings for $15.95.

Awesome brewery, great staff . . . Delicious beer selection food!

This brewery has gone downhill since my last visit in 2018. Their beers are overly sweet and their menu consists of mostly cheap, frozen foods. The staff was fast and friendly, however. I don’t plan to revisit anytime soon, unfortunately.
