Chili's Grill - Odessa

Walked in and there was no host at the front of the restraunt on a fairly slow afternoon around 1:00pm. They told us we had to wait 15 min to be seated, when there were plenty of open booths and chairs open for us to be seated. The food is average and theservers are nice but need to be trained properly. I am a manager at a burger place and I understand things happen, but we couldatleast have been seated for drinks or to look at the menu, but we weren?t given that option at all.

Stopped by for lunch while I was waiting on a family member at an appointment. Quick service, good food and pricing. Was surprised they didn?t have wifi since I wanted to work on my laptop but otherwise great. Thanks for the heat service Michael(and bringing the sauces I asked for out without having to be asked after the food came out)

This is the best Chili's restaurant around. They never disappoint, even when short-staffed. We have been dining at this location every week since 2016 and have never experienced any issues. Kudos to the management team! I especially love their spicy shrimp tacos.

Whenever we visit this restaurant, we always request to be seated in the bar area to have Michelle as our server. She is incredibly friendly and attentive, even when the bar is busy. The food is always hot and fresh, and we have never had any issues with our meals when Michelle is serving us. We also appreciate the male manager who works nights and is very hands-on, unlike many other managers. He is likely in his 40s and sets a great example for the rest of the staff.

I had a fantastic Veteran's Day Dinner at this Chili's restaurant. It was the best dining experience I have ever had. Despite being very busy, Vanessa did an amazing job taking care of our group and I believe she provided the same excellent customer service to everyone else. I would give this restaurant a 5 out of 5 stars rating!
