Cork Pig Tavern Odessa

It's been a long time since we ate cork and pig. the service was excellent and the food delicious. No one was disappointed!

Unfortunately, this was a very bad experience and I fear that it might have gone downhill. we had a reservation of 4 o'clock. they sat immediately, but no one came to say hi or take our drink order for about 20 minutes. Finally, a waitress stopped and asked if we had helped and said she would wait for us. the whole meal was slow. over 45 minutes for eating. the steak salad was a fraction of the size that it was once for the right price increase (completely understand the food prices increased due to inflation, but it was very disappointing). I don't think we'll be back soon.

We made a reservation and arrived early, which allowed us to be seated immediately. Our waitress was attentive, and the food was excellent. Although the restaurant became quite busy, I didn't see anyone waiting for more than 20 minutes for a table. It is a bit noisy due to the chatter from patrons and the cooks communicating with each other, but I didn't mind that—it shows they're well-organized and serving food promptly. I definitely recommend making a reservation and trying this place out!
