Domino's Pizza - Odessa

MY FAV PIZZA PLACE! FOOD IS ALWAYS ON POINT! PIZZA BOY JEREMÍAH IS ALWAYS SO NICE AND PROFESSIONAL! AND THE DELIVERY CREW IS ALWAYS NICE TOO!! THANK YOU!!

Forgot items, then refused a refund for the items ruined by what they forgot. I asked to speak w the manager to make it right, the manager refused and sent the same employee. Terrible service. Will be contacting corporate. How hard is it to check an order being complete?

They were beyond rude and called the sheriff because they didn't want to give me the food I had paid for. The sheriff was a little aggravated, to say the least, for the waste of their time. Only thing they accomplished by that is losing customers for racism among other hate motivated actions I am surprised domino's allows for the treatment of customers by staff. I have been customer for over 20 years until that visit.

They made my order fast ,and was ready for pick up..

We ordered two orders of there cheese tater totes without the garlic sauce and they did put it on there the last three times and this time we called and the manager was extremely rude when we told her she said that it would be ready for pick up, and there is no reason for us to have to drive there to pick up the order that they messed up and we had told them that and they were going to charge us to deliver. When asked for her name she refused to give it to us and she never apologized to us.
