Contribuisci feedbackI love the açaí smoothie bowl, but definitely customer service needs improvement. Also it’s like pulling teeth to ask for a large cup of ice water. I was told they don’t serve ice water (and as a picky water drinker I did not like the water selection they had in the fridge. They wouldn’t even sale a cup of ice to me.
Good place and drinks, but the nail salon next door stinks up the place! Couldn’t hardly stand the smell of nail polish while waiting. I feel bad for the employees.
I love that it’s a healthy place but smoothies are not that good. We had ice chips in our smoothie which made it undesirable. There will be a 20 min wait on its busy days. Fresh juices are made in advance. So don’t walk in looking for fresh juice.
Terrible customer service. If you strive for your business to last ever, customer service is the upmost priority. It lays the foundation to all businesses. Selling food is the easiest part, keeping clientele is the hardest part of all small businesses! People will pay more for fantastic customer service. Word of mouth is a powerful thing. I don't wish you ill, but GoodLife Nutrition will not last long.
Forgot my coconut and honey, and when I called nicely about it, they insisted they do not put coconut flakes and honey when they’re busy. Every other time I’ve gotten a bowl, it’s had coconut flakes and honey. Terrible customer service and such rude employees.
