Pizza Hut - Odessa

The people were nice, but it was only started after I asked and the money was not worth it. I don't eat here often and this experience reminded me why

I waited for our pizza for 1 1/2 hour. I'll wait. I called, and the girl said it'll be longer because she only has 1 shipper. they should have told us and we had ordered from someone else. That's ridiculous!

If delivery drivers are in short delivery, they consider the delivery orders for delivery if the times are over 5 hours, or maybe the load could call and advise, the possibility to pick up faster. would also help to know estimated delivery times before checkout.

I ordered a great paprika pizza for delivery at 9:39 with a 45-55 min waiting, the message was told: "they're order for delivery" at 10:11, not yet my pizza received and can't go to save now because it closed! I want my money back and never order from this place again!

I know Pizza Hut is better than this... The food was not hot, nor was it remotely fresh. Both pizzas were dried out, along with the cinnamon and bread sticks. I won't go into the delivery time because I know how short-handed places can get nowadays, but at least make the effort to present a pleasing end result, not something that looked like it was baking under a heatlamp for an hour or two.
