Saltgrass Steak House - Odessa

The staff is incredible. We were seated within minutes at 1:00 on Valentine’s Day. Our waiter was so extremely courteous and attentive. The food was delicious also. I’m always cautious when it comes to crab cakes, but they were perfect. This is one of the best restaurants in a Odessa. I would totally recommend it to anyone.

The food is always awesome! Salads are fresh, the steak is always tender juicy, and service is great! They even have a wonderful gluten sensitive menu!

For a busy Tuesday evening, wonderful ribeyes were served quickly and server was prompt and attentive. Love this place!

This dinner was excellent!! Drinks were perfect, dinner was fantastic and the waiter was impeccable!

My first time there while out in Texas, and it was probably the best steak I have had in a long time, very great steak house.
