I traveled with my two nieces and decided to get out of the street for a change in the landscape and immersed in this jewel of a place. Yummy! Try the roasted corn! I usually don't like restaurant Mac n cheese, but it had a thick creamy taste, each bite filled my mouth with cheese. The Greens were liberalized. My niece pointed out that you must taste this chicken! It's so good! Try it! You won't regret it.

I've got the chicken-fried steak plate. Very good! Large parts. You need a larger dining area. They also had no Worchester sauce as an optional spice. Was I the only one who put the steak fried on chicken?

Arrange the meatloaf with black-eyed peas and loaded mashers. Very delicious with large portions for the money. Anyway, tomorrow noon! My husband ordered shrimp and grits with hair and cabbage. The grits were a solid goo and the shrimp overboiled. The 4 stars are for the Shrimp and Grits sub par. The rest of the food we had here, however, was excellent. Also the service at the counter is knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely come back!

Good food but don't expect anything soul reaching. Price a lil high but portions size compensate for it. Will come back to try burgers.
