Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Odessa

The food is good but the service is horrible. I walked in to order a smoothie and no one (3 employees) acknowledged me for 5 mins. Two of them even looked back at me but said nothing. Shame on me for staying that long.

First time visiting this location. Looks brand new. Service was fast and super friendly. Two BIG factors for me:1) My Chicken pesto flatbread came out hot with lots of chicken! 2) My Chia Banana Boost was cream and delicious. It was not all watered down with crushed ice. Tastes really good and not like a slushy.Will be back when I am around. Great job!

Average. people were nice and smoothies are always good but the food is frozen and messy.

Please clean your store glass windows. This place was amazing and now it seems overpriced and neglected. Service can also be improved for the price.
