Harbour Chateau Resort - Odiongan

The hafen schloss resort is a colonial hotel with balconies overlooking the bay. The dining options on site are decent, but there are also excellent restaurants within walking distance.

Food quality: Average. Staff may not take kindly to special requests. Avoid suggesting improvements unless you want a negative reaction. When we asked for extra nativity in our lechon kawali, the senior staff member was unwelcoming. Room service: Nonexistent. Our room was not cleaned and food was left in our room without explanation. When we mentioned our concerns to the owner, we were not met with understanding. We had planned to stay for 10 days, but due to the poor service, we chose to leave early. We do not plan to return in the future.

This beachside hotel recently underwent renovations and now boasts new appliances and air conditioning. The dining options are pleasant and affordable, making it the top choice for travelers visiting Tablas Island's Central Odiongan District.

We ordered szechuan garnel, filled aubergines and lechon kawali with tofu. the food was delicious, and the price was appropriate.

One of two hotels under the same ownership, the other was fairly dreadful in comparison. Inexpensive with nightly entertainment and situated on a beachside. Food was not of quality but edible. Close to the ferry for Luzon and other islands but not the closest. Has...some attractive lighting at night outside, where many people arrive in the dusk for drinks etc which did not disturb the guests too much. I would stay there again if I could not find a better place.
