Wow. I have never given a one star review until now! I walk in to try an espresso and I am told that they don't give out free coffee. Only coffee to clients. Seek first to understand than to be understood! After explaining to the lady that I buy there coffee she pours me a coffee and continues to tell me that she is only supposed to give out coffee to paying customers. I've been spending money on your machines and coffee for years. Thanks for embarrassing me in public! I've never had this treatment in Nespresso! Sorry for asking to try a new flavor! Feel like selling my machine now!
