Cafe-Heiner - Ötz

Visited this cafe today (6/1/23) and the service is disgusting, we came with my parents and my wife, myself and my wife got our food, and ate it before my parents food even turned up, when it did it was wrong, they are very rude and uninterested in sorting out the problem. The food however is very nice.

Located on main road through Oetz and stil has enough parking spaces. I got this place recommended by local guys for it traditional local food and it was a blast : Imagine sitting in a shade on porch looking at amazing mountains (2000+ meters and eating traditional food. The personnel was smiling and professional.

We ate here during a one night stay passing through. Good and service were both good - waiter recommended a traditional dish for my husband which went down well.

Eating out with a child who is allergic is always hard work. Café Heiner did it right and made good efforts to make sure we could eat without worries. Fast and correct service that seemed a bit cold at the start but turned out nice. Food was pretty good, portions are large.

We headed there to having dinner. A look at the card was at the first view not bad a little bit pricy but if there is a good quality of the food its a reasonable price. The waiter looked a little bit stressed and annoyed. He was not very friendly but the service was okay, maybe not his best day. But the food for that price was not really good I get on each motorway the same or better food. It has nothing to do with a traditional Tyrolean food.
