Regency Conference Center - O'Fallon

Food was good, but roasted chicken was raw, breasts only and kitchen never again the 2 hours we were hers. Had to find a server to bring drinks to the table, then got 3 cups of cold coffee itself. Also the server did not pay attention to bringing incorrect drinks to request. We were table 40 Easter Sunday with 1:45 reservation for 5. Would you like to return to Mother's Day Buffet, but looking for otherwise clothing due to service and chicken. Expects much more from Hilton Btand. sincere Sandy Lukowsky

This is the second brunch we visited at Regency. The food is always quite good, well presented and very appetizing. The waiting staff works hard and tries their best, but seem somewhat inexperienced. I'm going back to Thanksgiving and other bleedings they're holding.

We were there for the Easter brunch. The food was really wonderful. So much to choose from. Staff was also great!

This is Brunchbuffet. Amazing service; Staff would gather records almost once you finish them. Good food, great choice. Only negative were the vegetables cooked with pork and I am vegetarian, but there were many other vegetarian options.

I recently attended the Easter Sunday Brunch at the Ballroom in the Congress Centre, which can accommodate over 500 guests. The atmosphere was very loud, and unfortunately, there were not enough staff members to efficiently serve such a large crowd. However, the food selection and variety were excellent, featuring all the expected brunch items as well as a full dinner spread. I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious leg of lamb that was offered. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I am unsure if I would return due to the service issues. The price for the event was reasonable, and my bill was adjusted to compensate for the poor service. It took us over 20 minutes and three different servers to get our drinks for dinner, which was frustrating. I mentioned that if they were serving a Thanksgiving dinner like that, I would not participate.
