Culver’s - O’Fallon

Good for fast food. Service was excellent. Quick to take order, and it was delivered to the table quickly and hot.

Terrible Drive-Thru and terrible management of a high end restaurant in a high traffic area with poor management. Awful.

This use to be a good location but one day my husband and I had stopped there for a quick bite after a long day. We order two meals and the flavor of day. We specifically asked for it to be put in a cone. When we get to the window they handed it to us in a cup. Instead correcting it and making it the right way. Some guy come from the back and gave us a cone for us to put the ice cream in and on top that they didn't even give us our drink. Pitful.UPDATEThe owner called me and apologized for what happened to me and my husband and he corrected what had happened to us. Thank you again for being so kind to us and fixing the mistake. We will continue to support your business.

Good food except the cod was a little dry this time. But massive kudos to the lady who took our order at the drive through. I could understand everything she said and didn't need her to repeat herself. I am 75% deaf and struggle with the drive through. So this single person and brief interaction will keep me coming back. I didn't get to thank her because the window person was different but please extend my gratitude.

Used to be the best culver’s to go to and i waiting for 30 minutes in the drive thur to get a free scoop ice cream. when i pulled up to the window the girl was on her phone and didn’t even take the coupon. she stood there for 5 minutes while my ice cream was sitting there. all she had to do was hand it to me. worst service ever.
