Firehouse Subs 766 - O’Fallon

Best sandwiches around and the staff is awesome! I highly recommend them!

The food and staff deserve more stars then available! It was our first time eating at a Firehouse Sub and it blew us away! They even gave our kids little Fire Chief hats!! Can't wait till the Joplin (where we reside) opens their store! They have have big shoes to fill when it comes to the customer service at the O'Fallon location!

Easily the best sandwiches around. Every ingredient in your sandwich is high quality. Unlike subway, they don't skimp on portions and you actually feel like you ate something when you are done. Staff is super friendly and I love that they do fund raising for first responders! Subway and Jimmy John's (and I love JJ) can really just forget about keeping up with these guys. I'm converted!

The girl who made my sandwich called my name, explained my bread had been messed up, apologized and gave me a free coupon to return. I was so impressed! I never would have known there was an issue but she went above and beyond my expectations by far! Then as I was eating my sandwich the cashier came out to collect trays, stopped and asked me how I liked the food and invited me to return! I was extremely pleased, will tell my friends and family and will definitely return! Great job!
