I just had the best experience ever with a remake order. ADDY is who helped us tonight and let me just say I’ve never had someone be so caring and sweet! She made everything right some! She deserves a raise for sure! keep up the good work imos!

Very clean, professional associate. Nice and friendly. Only waited 15 minutes. I ordered there sandwiches to go. Yummy

Moved to the area March 2023 and ordered the night we landed at our house with the Uhaul. It was phenomenal then. It's phenomenal now. Price is good. Food is hot and correct every time. Customer service is timely and appreciative. My wife and I have ordered for lunch, dinner, and late night. Big groups or small groups this Imo's is always spot on. Don't listen to the ungrateful reviews.

The current online IMO's add for Toasted Ravioli special 24 for 20.00. is no longer even though online us current. the restaurant staff says that sakes been off. it's now 25.00. would not even honor corporate add. Pasta House similar deal 20 for 20. thats where we ended up!!!

I received a roast beef sandwich from the Winghaven location, that had one slice of roast beef that didn't even cover the bread. When I called to speak to someone in charge, he said it could have been a mistake. When I questioned this logic he hung up on me!! I grew up eating at the Imo's on Hampton and Hwy 40, if you want good authentic Imo's that's the place to go.
