Taco Bell - O’Fallon

Same two employees in this place everytime I go. No manager in site. tonight I ordered the crunchy tacos and not enough meat on them for the amount of money they cost. Won't be going back anytime soon. They are not allowed to take orders at the counter so you MUST use the stupid kiosk. They lost a customer while I was there tonight (4/20/24) because he refused to use the kioski.

Went throught the drive through. The food was typical taco bell. The portions were good.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp and parking

Vegetarian options: You can order most items minus the meat

I'm not sure why some taco bells at night only service Door dash orders. We have been to 3 thus far at around 9ish and when we get to the drive thru they say they are Short staffed and will only be servicing door dash orders. Why a place would prefer to lose money and stay open only for door dash seems like a bad business move. The kicker is we are usually the only ones in the drive thru. SMH ?

This is a fantastic Taco Bell not only is their service super Duper fast but it’s served with a smile. I would highly recommend this Taco Bell to anyone that is hungry for late night food.
