Pizza Hut - O'Fallon

Everything tasted fine but you could tell the store was rushed. One pizza was supposed to be half bacon and half sausage but it was a full bacon. The pizzas also had corner pieces that were nearly just crust. The toppings, cheese and sauce were barely on the inside edge. Chicken wings were great and breadsticks are always good. Just could tell things were hectic and busy.

Don't lie about delivery times and then give excuses about lack of workers. Everyone understands lack of workers right now, but you did know that BEFORE you took my order and then lied about how long it would take. A 30 min delivery time should not turn into an hour and a half for cold pizza and the wrong wings, especially when the distance is so very short from your location. Very unhappy and will not be ordering for delivery again.

Fast and convenient. Order is always correct, everything is hot and ready when my husband gets his pizza fix. Nice staff.

I ordered pizza from this location last night, when I arrived the very rude manager did not greet us and we stood at the counter for 5-7 minutes before he came over upon he asking what we needed my son stated that we had an order that he left a message about and that instead of the ham that they didn?t not have he could make it pepperoni and pineapple instead. The manager rudely states that I should have answered my phone and because I did not he made it just pineapple, I do not want just pineapple pizza, I said to him that I don?t talk on the phone when I am driving and in fact my phone forwards all calls to VM he said that I had someone else with me and he could have answered the phone. First of all if my phone does not ring because it?s in drive mode and did not notify me until I arrived at this location how was I suppose to know that he called. I asked him why he was being so hateful and he said he just made the pizza and if I wanted it differently then I would have to wait another 15 minutes. I told him to put some pepperoni on it and I would cook it at home so he was not inconvenienced, he made me wait while he packaged up other orders. Upon him bringing the pizza and wings to us the pizza barley had any cheese and the wings were not tossed and he made it very clear that he was unhappy. I did not do anything to this man and it?s not my fault that they did not have what I ordered. If you treat all your customers in the rude fashion you will run them all off. There are several other pizza places near me and I will never order from this location again. They need a new manager that cares what the customers think! I know everyone is short handed but if you don?t want to do the job then quit do have an attitude because your busy!

I have never had an issue with this location. Family owned franchise. Very courteous and accurate. My go to pizza spot.
