Nestor Gyros - Offenbach am Main

To begin with, this is not a restaurant, but a joint. Service is nice. But the Gyros we had was less tahn mediocre: the mead was not freshly cut from the skewer, but cut earlier and kept warm. It was not warm enough, not fresh and dry because of this. It lacked the typical gyros spices.

The place is always drawing a crowd when I am there. And rightfully so. The food is excellent and regardless how busy it is the people are always friendly and I never had to wait too long.

I have been to several Greek restaurants all around Europe (UK, Belgium, Germany) and I believe that this one was by far the best one that I have visited so far. The owners/waiters are super-friendly, the place looks perfectly clean and the food was excellent at very affordable prices. We had both pork and chicken gyros, bifteki, suvlucky and everything was wonderful.Totally recommended!
