Il Nuovo Vesuvio - Offenburg

It rarely happens that my teller doesn't care. in restaurant il nuovo vesuvio in offenburg it was unfortunately so. the appetizer was a sweet suppe. the tasted like potatoes/potatoes babybrei. completely tasteless. as a main dish I had noodles with crawling in saffron. the soot was quite thin and boring, the nudes without salt. I should have ordered a pizza like my colleagues, that can be done by the cook. to my comment that was just that I was the problem, the other guests don't complain! we had ordered another espresso. then everything came, an apologies or apologies not over the lips. such an arrogant thing that my colleagues had and I only rarely experienced. we won't do this a second time!

This restaurant is much more beautiful than it appears from the outside, with a large terrace around the back. the food was very good and the service was friendly. there were vegetarian options that are quite difficult to find in Germany

With friends. the maître was a bit rude: I put my coat on the back of my chair and he pointed to the cash at the front entrance. I guess it was too much for him to take it or ask a waitress to do it. he was also very praised, verbal instead of with various suggestions. we had to ask for water when the glasses were almost empty. the food was good. desserts were great. I will not go back, not even dessert. I would have expected more for the total prices.

Very good home made pasta, decent pizza, good prices, good service. a very good choice if you want to eat in offenburg!

I found this restaurant one night by chance. I was quite surprised at the quality of eating. the service was fast and professional. all in all it was a very pleasant experience.
