Chuck-a-rama Buffet - Ogden

The food used to be good here and it isn't the same. Awful got sick don't recommend.

Very clean and friendly environment. Staff wa friendly and all food areas very clean. I like that the tongs were on a retractable line so they weren't left laying on the food after being used.

Sorry to have to give this neg review finally and have been a much recurring patron here in Ogden and like their discounts and their wait staff is really good too, so this is definitely NOT about them whatsoever, or the food. But, the heat in there this summer has just been unbearable, and it's wherever I sit in there too. Is it the too high roof and ceiling that makes the air circulation in the place so poor or what? At any rate, have seen one or 2 other complaints, but everyone else just giving 5 star reviews all the time, but this is a serious problem for your business moving forward and needs to be definitely fixed, or I may not be frequenting much until the late fall or winter, this point. Yes, the heat is that bad, but I've also noticed that the front room is also freezing when it gets too cold in deep winter probably partly because of the exit door opening all the time or dunno??? Or I'll be having to look into your competitors which are Lucky Buffet and Golden Corral too....

The food was delicious and the service was great. I would recommend to my family and friends. Parking: It was easy to park. The parking lot was clean. Kid-friendliness: I was able to take my 4 month old. They let me us a thing for his carseat. My step daughters found it easy to navigate the restaurant amd where able to get their food.

A very nice buffet.It was extremely clean, the staff polite and the food attractive. The Chicken Noodle Soup was better than homemade. My only criticism is the fish selections are always terrible, broiled and very tough. A nice crispy Cod Fish and Chip would be such an improvement. Also the roast beef was actually raw on my piece and unsafe to eat. Maybe a few more vegetables would be healthier too, but over all it’s excellent, particularly the salad islands.
