La Cabañita Salvadoreña - Ogden

Up from Salt Lake. Found this place in my travels in Ogden, tamales were amazing filled with excellent quality good cut pork chunks, sauce was very good, my wife loved the papusas best we've had in Utah. My New go to for Central American food. Worth the drive to Ogden.

Delicious food, nice owners. This is the best Salvadoran food you can get in the Ogden Valley. The above review was left 4 years ago. Since then, through and during COVID, they were closed for a bit of time and then never officially opened back up very well. They didn't answer phones for a while and hours were inconsistent. I really enjoy the pupusas and the place looks really good as well! Super family friendly!
