Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Ogden

The coleslaw had a foul odor, the chicken was overcooked, there weren't enough fries, and they were soggy and stale.

The experience can be quite inconsistent; sometimes the food tastes stale, while other times it's exceptionally fresh. However, they do struggle with providing the requested condiments.

I received all my food, but the wait was incredibly long. My delivery person was very patient and had to wait quite a while. The food arrived in various unbranded containers, and the mashed potatoes were missing a lid.

Popeyes has always been a favorite of ours but this one sucks. Weve given it a few tries thinking its going to change and it doesnt. Every time we are missing multiple things that we purchased and we the chicken and shrimp are both really dry Too bad because every other Popeyes we have loved.

I didn't actually dine at Popeyes, but I am currently picking up orders from DoorDash. For the most part, the staff is friendly and they process orders quickly. However, there was one woman today who wasn't very friendly and seemed to take her time with an order. Thankfully, the rest of the team was efficient and supportive.
