The Inn At Gran View - Ogdensburg

The whole place is great. the restaurant, the hotel rooms, the location. they let them take the kajaks on the river lawrence without fee, they have everything available for a nice safe journey. 1000 ft freighterships pass. I had a little problem, no one was guilty. I was only a victim of the circumstances. However, the owner has done excellent work to ensure that the rest of my stay was free. thank you.

Good times. Pool is nice too. Out door and not heated but once it warms up this will be the go to spot. 9’ deep! Awesome sunsets right on the water. Kayaks. Canoes ? gym and restaurant was good.

I had been camping nearby, doing a personal retreat, and was caught in a thunderstorm storm near the end of the week. Everything was wet and more bad weather was in the forecast, so I looked for a local hotel and found the desk clerk to be very accommodating. They gave me a good rate and let me in earlier than usual. I enjoyed my room, instead of spending the next 24 hours in a wet tent. I enjoyed a very good complementary breakfast and one evening meal… it was a great way to end my weeklong retreat.

This hotel is amazing and ranks up with world class hotels as far as I am concerned. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are clean and well appointed. A special shout out goes to Dave who helps with the morning breakfast for his excellent customer service. The restaurant is excellent with lots of vegetarian options.

Everything was fine. No problems. Morning continental breakfast was pretty good. They had more than just toast and coffee. Would certainly stay again.
