We were traveling from the gulf coast back home to Tennessee when we stopped here! We’ve never ate at or heard of a Jacks before! The service was great everyone friendly! Our food came out fast! The food was surprisingly amazing! My sons wings were delicious Fresh! The fries were well seasoned fresh! Me my husband got the smothered steak with mashed potatoes green beans plus a biscuit! They accidentally gave us coleslaw instead of mashed potatoes I told them about it and they nicely gave us the mashed potatoes w gravy apologized several times told us to keep the coleslaw! The smothered chopped steak was like hamburger Patties with gravy over it but it was really good! The green beans were flavorful delicious! Everything we had was delicious especially for a fast food type of restaurant! We will definitely make this place a must stop on our way to our future travel destination! Also I MUST mention that the employee at the front taking our orders I believe his name was Gab or Gabe was so friendly got our food out quickly! the lady who was in charge of getting the orders out done right I believe her name started with a T was working her butt off making sure the orders were out correct!

Popular southern stop. New to our family, so it was a nice change of pace. Decent menu, burgers were good, the chicken could have been a little fresher.

Food was horrible. Chicken was very dry as well as biscuit. Taste like fish.
