Burger King Oiartzun

I didnt want to leave a negative review as I am sure the staff are trying their hardest, but this wasn’t the best BK experience. We came for lunch (1pm) and it wasnt too busy but there was only 1 staff member serving and only 1 in the kitchen, so our order took a long time to arrive that by the time we got it to the van, the Icecream was melted and the fries stone cold. Also we ordered large fries but they didnt look particularly large, and we requested extra toppings on our burgers but this was missed. 3 stars because the lady serving was doing her best in what was clearly a busy stressful time. Hopefully this particular branch hires more people.

Slowest burger king ever. Waiting time of 45 min with only 4 people in front of us. Order was forgotten and deleted. Staff wasn't nice and reacted angry when we asked where our food was after the first 25 min.

Almost good. They prepared food faster than other Burger king

For a few months it has been observed that they have improved, everything has to be said, as well as the reviews, improvements, good service, on-time food and luxury place, 5 stars this time.

We took advantage of the application of 2 bacon menus for 8 euros that drew attention to the posters in Basque.
