Contribuisci feedbackThe quality is usually quite good. I usually order my pizza without garlic on the crust, and they remember 9 out of 10 times. The staff has always been friendly during my interactions, and the manager is very apologetic when mistakes occur, often offering to remake the dish or provide a coupon. Having worked in food service for years, I understand that errors can happen, so I believe they are doing an excellent job overall.
The food is consistently excellent, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Deliveries are always punctual.
We received our pizza burnt and the pasta was dry. You were supposed to send us another pizza, but that never happened. Very disappointed with this experience.
I'm finished with this Domino's! It was great about six months ago, but now it's terrible! This is the second time I've ordered pizzas from this location in the last month, and I've been disappointed both times. The crust was completely flat, there was barely any sauce, I requested extra cheese and there was hardly any to be found, and I'm pretty sure they forgot the toppings because there were hardly any at all. The pizza was tasteless, like eating cardboard! It's the worst!
If I could give zero stars, I would. I've lived in the Ojai Valley for 14 years, and every couple of years, my husband and I decide to give Domino's another shot because they're the most affordable pizza delivery option available. However, every single time, they mess up our order. You'd think that the odds would favor them getting it right at least once, but I'm not exaggerating when I say they have never delivered a correct order. On the other hand, Ojai Pizza gets it right every time. You really get what you pay for—or sometimes, you just don’t.
