Feast Bistro - OJAI

The experience was quite mediocre. The bread was terrible, resembling spongy white leaves. The cioppino was disappointing, mostly tasting like tomato sauce, paired with the same bad bread. I would recommend skipping this restaurant.

The penne with spinach was much too spicy for my liking, though some people might enjoy it.

We discovered Feast while searching for a restaurant in Ojai last winter. The place is cozy, and the menu features a diverse selection that evolves with the seasons. They have a concise wine list with great options that are reasonably priced. We've visited a few times, and each experience has been enjoyable. The mussels appetizer appears to be a staple on the menu and is absolutely delicious.

We have visited Feast Bistro countless times since we are locals. Our most recent dining experience took place on Halloween. The autumn atmosphere was palpable, and the seasonal menu perfectly captured the essence of the season. We enjoyed a delightful pappardelle pasta with lamb ragu and ravioli in a sage brown butter sauce. We relished every delicious bite and appreciated the reasonably priced wine. Susan and Beryl, along with the staff, were always gracious and welcoming. Feast Bistro is truly a hidden gem in Ojai that should not be overlooked.
