Love this place, their ramen is amazing. Unfortunately with what’s going on, the price has sky rocketed (as of every Ojai place) so we haven’t been going as much. It’s hard to justify $40+ for two people right now.
Been here 3 times now and we really love it! The dan dan noodles and the butter noodles were stand outs, and we also really liked the karage chicken it wasn't oily and the dipping sauce was yum. Will be back!
Order the miso chicken ramen, lacking flavor. Extremely disappointed, this dish is not worth $15 dollars. Now at home with boyfriend, wishing we had gone to McDonalds. If I could I would give them negative stars. We had to rush home and take Mylanta and he had to take Hislanta.
Their name definitely caught my attention. Since it's my birthday what a great idea to go to an establishment that's my motto. Live to eat is a Thai fushion restaurant serving every Thai dishes from pad Thai, curry, ka soi, but then they also have Ramen. We ordered a little of everything, from their Pad Thai, ramen, Dan Dan noodles, chicken wings, lettuce wrap, pork belly fried rice and even their Bibimbap bowls.Everything was just ok, it's wasn't good or bad. Their ramen lacked flavor, but it's was ok. Pad Thai was a little light on flavor as well. The only highlight of what we ordered was the spicy wings. We really wanted to try their bingsu, but unfortunately they were out that day. I'm not sure I'll make the drive to Ojai just to try them out again.. since none of the dishes I had screamed yummy or made my dining experience rememberable.
