It is always impressive when the people who work interact positively and professionally with customers and that was my most recent experience at McDonald’s

Was incredible. Now only good for making you late and soggy fries. Costa is slipping. Limited menu Update- still slow

Waited at counter to order, no one at counter even to say I'll be right with you Ii figure 5 min is long enough to wait No more McDonald's for me

1. No service at register 2. Staff came out after 5 minutes to tell the 3 families waiting that we could only order at kiosk or drive through. 3. No sweet tea by soda machine. 4. Did not bring food to table, just called table tent number. However walked out and picked up tent afterwards. 5. Burger came out without patty (bread and cheese only). 6. Took wrong order of another customer to the back kitchen. It's our understanding, that is not supposed to happen according to restaurant regulations. Would not recommend or return.

We got the 5 dollar meals. The fries are cold and old. Worst mcchicken I’ve ever had. The chicken nuggets are over cooked. Very poor quality of food today. Disappointed
