Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Went in to get a jerk chicken wrap, have a leafy green allergy. Asked for no lettuce and specifically said I had a allergy to it. Checked my food and told them and was told that nothing we can do about it terrible service.

Service with a scowl. Sorry you hate your job. If you can’t be friendly to customers go work somewhere else. A most unpleasant start to my day.

These guys are so nice, the Thai salad is amazing, they are always pleasant and if I have special requests they accommodate!!

Open your lobby. Your litteraly losing a sale everyday that is closed. My kid comes in and drinks a smoothie before she walks to the high school. You've lost about 150$ in sales on 1 person. She hasn't been able to for 2-3 weeks ish. And you make way too many mistakes to trust the drive through here. This location is as bad as the Wendy's by the mall.
