This is the best-managed and most dependable Starbucks in the area. I can even reach it with my golf cart! They effectively handle customer rushes with minimal wait times.
The drive-thru service is really slow, and they frequently mess up my order. The dining area is rarely open, and the management is a major disappointment. This franchise desperately needs new ownership. The service is just terrible! Truly awful.
It was nice and easy. Not much of a waiting considering it was busy… the staff knows what they are doing!!!!
Great food/drinks. Horrible customer service at drive thru. I assumed the cashier was new and attempted patience as there was no outlet to leave so the taking of the order after each car received their order was different. Nothing was in stock, literally but not a problem. The issue arose when the woman (seemed to be someone different/older than the person taking the order)at the window had an attitude while receiving our payment transaction and opted to walk away telling another lady to take the window after asking did we want to leave a tip. ??? I’m thinking Ma’am nothing we ordered was in stock, and you’re rude af. The lady that replaced her was kind and apologized as she saw the behavior of the previous cashier. Later to realize I was double charged then charged incorrectly (charged for larger drinks than received). I highly doubt it but if ever in the area I wouldn’t patronize.
