Brew was ok noodles were great and so was the chashu you can see how they cook in huge pots right at the front.

The soup of ramen is soybean sauce with thick texture. And the Chasou don’s white sauce fits with seaweed and raw egg. That's good!

Delicious ramen in Okayama Mine was the Zenbu ramen with everything in it including egg and beansprouts. I found this unusual as so far I rarely came across beansprouts in Japanese noodles in Tokyo Broth was still **** delicious

店は岡山駅東口付近にあり、カウンター席とお食事券制の比較的コンパクトな店です。 今回は「ねぎ中国語」と「餃子」を注文しました。 名前が示すように、緑の玉ねぎは「ねぎチュカ」で素晴らしいです。 スープは「チュカそば」の名に似ていますが、厚切りではありませんが、シャープな醤油味があります。 麺は薄くて美味しいです。 餃子は言う価値はありませんが、「中国ヌードル」の邪魔にならない支持役として良いと思います。 甘みの味だと思うのですが、たまに食べたいカップで安心です。 「気持ちがいい!」
