Biggby Coffee - Okemos

Super fast and friendly service, 1st time visiting!

I love Biggby. Drinks are great, service is friendly, offers a lot of coupons.

Every time I go here, something is wrong. I don’t understand what is wrong with a couple of the employees at this location. They act like they don’t care. Such as this morning. Every time I get a latte, they forget to put the espresso in it, or the syrup. Then everyone I get a breakfast sandwich, it always has cream cheese when we request no cream cheese. The amount of money I have spent here, is ridiculous for the terrible service.

This location's phenomenal. Super fast super friendly super clean.

The staff is always friendly and upbeat. The conversation is just as great as the coffee! Plenty of tables for work or meetups!
