Mcdonald's - Okemos

This restaurant has declined significantly over the past year and a half. The food is consistently served cold, with hard and bland fries. Requests for simple modifications, such as no cheese, no bacon, or extra pickles, are often ignored. The staff appears unhappy, leading to frustrated customers.

The staff were impolite and seemed disinterested in assisting us. One employee, who had a large beard, was not wearing a beard net.

I found it amusing that this morning they served my pancake and sausage meal with a spoon instead of a knife and fork. Apparently, they were out of utensils. Oh well, it was still a nice meal.

Pretty quick and good was what I expected and what I ordered. Not very many people around.Got the steak and egg bagel. More salty than I like, but not bad.

I went through the drive through, ordered a big Mac meal. I hadn't had a Mac on awhile... Never again... It was the worst hamburger I've ever had. Everything slid out of the side, the sauces was only in half... It fell apart and I almost couldn't eat itI could have had to eat it with a spoon.We need a burger king in okemos...
