Olive Garden Italian Kitchen - Okemos

Our experience at Olive Garden was quite disappointing. When our food arrived, the gnocchi was undercooked, and the salad was at room temperature. Shortly after, the rest of the food came out, but it was also cold and not fully cooked. After finishing what we could manage to eat, we waited 20 minutes for our server to check on us so we could ask for boxes. Eventually, we decided to leave instead. This was the worst experience we've ever had at an Olive Garden, and we will not be returning. Service: Dine-in.

Came to the Olive Garden for our usual date night and had our favorite bartender, Chloe. She is lovely. She goes above and beyond. She is very personable and we talk like we are old friends, which makes our dining experience extraordinary. She pays attention to detail, she knows our order, she has all the qualities of a 5 star waitress. We ordered the endless soup and salad. We got the Minestone and the Gnocchi which were fantastic as always. The salad and the breadsticks were on point. We will continue to visit our local Olive Garden
