My husband and I stopped.by here for lunch on vacation while on our way from Pawhuska, OK to Dallas, TX. Loved the vibe of the restaurant and decorations. Warm woods and western decor. We were greeted by the cashier who handed us a menu to order fromand helped answer our menu questions. We.ordred the Okie and Hot Mess burgers with sides of fries, mac n cheese and an extraside of potato salad. The burgers came out piping hot and fresh. The Hot mess burger I asked for the hot BBQ sauce on the sideand they offered other BBQ sauces which I tried the sweet as well. Burgers were Delicious!!! All the sides were on point! Would highly recommend and will definitely make our way back here when we are on vacation in OK. Burgers are just a smallportion of their menu. Huge variety of smoked meats including ribs, brsket, turkey, sausage and more. This BBQ joint is doingfood right. Housemade, Fresh, Delicious and served with a smile!!!

The good thing about Back Door BBQ is location close to my work. I ordered hot sauce. Put it in my pulled pork sandwich. It was not hot and could barely taste it. The pork was tender, but didn't have a smoky BBQ taste.

The meat was overly saturated with sauce/marination and the okra was unusual compared to what I'm used to. Service and employees were very kind and personable! I likely would not choose the restaurant again for the food.

Great Q. Got the Granddad Platter, it definitely can feed 2-3 hungry people. Place has several BBQ sauces if your into sauce on your Q. They smoke more like Memphis style which I highly prefer, I like sauce but not smothering my meat before it comes out. Great choice of sides.
