I've had endless wonderful experiences with the amazing staff, the talented musicians and the friendly regulars. Everyone should absolutely come out again between now and the end to pay their respects.
Everything really good, my fist time there and I love mc and cheese and pink lemonade with alcohol Bryan was our server and he is amaizing .. for sure I’ll back
My wife as a Tomato Allergy, so BBQ restaurants can be a challenge. Bandee's went above and beyond to ensure she knew what she could have or couldn't and didn't make assumptions or brush her off. She was able to enjoy some Brisket with the Carolina sauce. Food was good, service was vreat and they even brought our dogs a bowl of water on a hot day. Definitely will be back as we travel to OKC on a regular basis.
I was told that this place was the place for BBQ. I was accompanying a friend to the Dr. way north on Penn and she suggested we go here. As an avid bbq chef myself I was excited to try it. I’ll tell you this I don’t care how fancy you wrap the package with guitars and a ton of on tap ales the bbq is mediocre at best. Brisket was dry even if you ask for fatty. Turkey was ok. This is definitely a place you may only want to meet your buddy for drinks definitely not for the food. Maybe it was a bad kitchen day who knows. I know finding authentic bbq in okc that isn’t cooked in an oven with some flavor is getting super hard to find. I’ll keep looking. The decor is cool I looked at all I’d the guitars. Stage upstairs is a cool concept at lunch however no one was playing. Check it out by all means you may love the food and atmosphere. Just my two cents.
We came in for lunch, restaurant was beautiful. The food was ehh, cross contamination is a thing here.. fried okra was extremely salty, you could literally see salt piled on. Mac and cheese extremely bland and had a piece of corn in it.. my chicken tenders had a piece of pickle fried into the breading.. I will say the bartender surly can make a drink!! And the fried pickles are great just didn’t care for the jalapeños mixed in it.
