Great lunch option downtown for dine in or pick up. I?ve had a few of their smoothies, sandwiches and coffee and I?ve been pleasantly surprised each time! Great fresh ingredients and smoothies made to order.

I visited the downtown location after discovering it during my morning walk. I enjoyed the breakfast sandwich and parfait, both of which were delicious. They offer a convenient grab-and-go breakfast deal for $5.99, which includes a breakfast item and a cup of coffee—perfect for when you're in a hurry. I’ll definitely be returning frequently for their tasty, healthy food!

The cashier repeatedly coughed into her hands and shirt without using hand sanitizer or washing them. Following this, she began to take customers' orders. Given this situation, we chose to eat somewhere else.

The food was overpriced for what you receive; I paid $20 for just one meal. I ordered a gluten-free Mediterranean wrap online, specifying no black olives, along with a regular raspberry banana smoothie. Unfortunately, the wrap still included black olives, which I had to remove, leaving it barely filled—half of it was just olives. As for the smoothie, I received a small instead of a regular, despite paying full price. While the smoothie tasted fine, it wasn’t blended well, leaving it very grainy with chunks of ice, requiring me to chew it instead of sipping it like a normal smoothie. The portions were also quite small; I ordered a side of pita bread and hummus and got only four tiny pieces of bread, which wasn’t nearly enough to enjoy with the hummus. Overall, the food wasn’t bad, but I definitely expected more considering the high prices.

My go-to lunch spot for many reasons ? Some of the best smoothies in OKC (my favorite is The Elvis), fresh hummus, the friendliest staff and quick delivery services. HIGHLY recommend. ????
