At first, the lady in the window got my order wrong, then said something sarcastic I was like buzz Fr? I then told her what I ordered and she still misunderstood it as if I misunderstood it. And the food was cold like a hail bread, as it sat there for a good minute and it tasted like chemicals. Man, I was afraid to go in and tell him to remake it, they seem like the ones that spit in foes. I only take my L, but I wouldn't recommend coming here.
Ive always loved burger king because the pricing is amazing but the employee that helped us wasn't that good I prepared the order in the app to avoid confusion and they didn't have alot of stuff the app said they did.Food: 5/5
I'm not sure whether to be annoyed or to have sympathy for this store. There is just know customer service training whatsoever. The workers seem like they just hate being there. From working in food service, I almost wonder if this is the owners or district managers fault for this or on a manager level problem.
Extremely poor management long story short got the bk app on my phone tried using one of the drive thru codes manager kept telling me codes expired so i refreshed the app and got another new code only to have the manager tell me again that that code was expired to so ended up leaving with no BK .. FIRST Impression VERY POOR .. Manager should have been more helpful like hooking me up with the deal i had the code for anyway instead of no help at all just nope nope nope
Not very good. I've continued to give them a chance and they missed the mark every time. Last time I went all the food was cold, the buns were super stale and the meat tasted funny. I actually requested a refund through the corporate office and they told me they would get in touch with the franchise owner and I never heard back. That was almost 2 months ago. Burger King used to be great but now it's just awful.
